At Pure Khoya Brisbane, all our products are made fresh using 100% full cream milk and contain no preservatives. Proper storage is essential to maintain quality, freshness, and safety.

Khoya (Mawa)

Storage:

  • Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C
  • Store in an airtight container
  • Best consumed within 5–7 days

Consumption:

  • Bring to room temperature before use for best texture
  • Ideal for making gulab jamun, barfi, peda, halwa and more
Mawa Lassi

Storage:

  • Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C at all times
  • Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods
  • Best consumed within 1–2 days

Consumption:

  • Shake or stir well before drinking
  • Serve chilled
  • Do not consume if smell, taste, or texture changes
Rabri Milk Drink

Storage:

  • Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C
  • Store sealed and upright
  • Best consumed within 2–3 days

Consumption:

  • Serve chilled or slightly cool
  • Stir before serving as natural thickening may occur
  • Do not consume if sour smell or separation develops
